Medium Roast - Natural Process

The medium roast natural process coffee is our favorite for making pour-over, french press, and drip coffee.  

In the natural process - WHOLE coffee cherries are dried directly in the sun.  The beans absorb the natural sugars and flavors from the fruit giving the coffee a unique and delicious flavor.
