• Grade: Strictly Hard Bean (SHB). 
• Process:  Natural. Whole coffee cherries are dried allowing the coffee beans to absorb the natural sugars and flavors from the fruit giving the coffee a unique and delicious flavor.
• Roast Level: Medium
• Roasted at origin in small batches by: Evelin Tupul
• Notes: Chocolate, stone fruit and berries.
